Rollcage Floor
The impact of delivery noise for supermarkets and retail outlets is now becoming a key factor in deciding new planning permissions and complying with existing planning conditions. Noisy deliveries can have a significant impact on the environment, and in built up and residential areas complaints from neighbours are common.
The movement of roll cages is the single biggest source of noise, with empty roll cages particularly problematic. New Rollcage Floor is a thick, tough, high performance rubber matting that massively reduces the impact of delivery noise.
While every installation is different, tests in situ by one leading retailer have demonstrated a noise reduction of 44%, bringing noise down to a level indistinguishable from normal background levels - a result they describe as 'spectacular'.

At the same time, Rollcage Floor offers an exceptionally safe, anti-slip work surface for employees, giving excellent grip underfoot even when pushing heavily laden cages.
Barrell Floor
Barrelfloor is specially designed to reduce noise pollution in barrel transit and delivery areas. The dense, heavyweight rubber also absorbs weight and impact, protecting the subfloor from damage.
Other products include Jackleg Floor, designed to protect concrete from HGV jackleg damage, and Cargo Floor, a lightweight lining for delivery vehicle interiors.
